What the assistant does
It answers general health questions and helps you understand and organize your information. It is informational: it does not diagnose or prescribe.
What data is sent
- Only if you enabled the assistant (separate consent).
- Your messages in the current conversation are sent and, in the future, the parts of your record the assistant needs to answer.
- Provider: OpenAI (API), acting as a processor under a data processing agreement.
- Under the provider's API policies, content is not used to train models. The provider may retain it for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring; we are arranging zero data retention.
Limitations
AI models can produce incorrect or incomplete information. Always verify with a professional.
How to turn it off
You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings › Privacy. The rest of MediHub keeps working.
