Terms of service

Last updated: October 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of MediHub, a service provided by [Legal entity name], [address], [country] — contact: [privacy@domain]. By creating an account you accept them.

1. What MediHub is

MediHub is a tool to store, organize and understand your own health information: studies, diagnoses, appointments and notes. It includes an optional AI-based assistant that provides general information.

MediHub is not a healthcare provider, not a medical device and does not provide medical care. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace consultation with professionals. See the Medical disclaimer.

2. Your account

  • You must be an adult (18 or the age of majority in your country) to create an account.
  • You may manage health records of people in your care (for example, minor children) only if you have legal authority to do so.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We recommend enabling two-step verification.
  • Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your content

The information you upload is yours. You grant us only the permissions needed to store, process and display it to you under these terms and the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you upload. MediHub does not verify clinical information.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not upload third-party information without authorization.
  • Do not attempt to access other people's accounts or data, or to breach the security of the service.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or automated bulk access.

5. AI assistant

The assistant is optional and requires your separate consent. Its answers may contain errors. Use them as general information and always consult a professional before making health decisions.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur. We may change features; if a change materially affects you, we will notify you in advance.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings › Privacy; this permanently deletes your data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MediHub is not liable for health decisions made based on information in the service or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law in your country does not allow to be limited.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by [governing law]. Contact: [legal@domain].
